What is the notifications page?
The ‘Notifications page’ is a dedicated hub where you can see all the alerts relevant to your account/portfolio. Notifications are now streamlined, allowing you to review everything in one central location, the moment you log-in. You can access this page through your account dashboard and view all notifications together or by category.
Our aim is to enhance your experience by providing timely and relevant updates. Here’s what you gain:
- Stay Informed: Receive notifications when key activities occur, such as new trades, price changes, or stock arrivals.
- Centralized Updates: No more searching for updates in multiple places. Your notifications are now in one convenient location.
- Control Your Preferences: Don’t want to receive certain notifications? No problem! You can opt-in or opt-out of notifications easily through your “My Account” page.
What notifications will you receive?
- New trade: Whenever one of your wines trades on the platform. You’ll see the trade price and details instantly, and can simply click to view the wines individual page.

Price change:
New Highest Bid – If a new highest bid is placed for one of your wines.
New Lowest Offer – If a new lower offer is placed for one of your wines. - Stock arrival: When a wines arrives at the warehouse and is added to your storage account.
How to manage your notification preferences
Managing your preferences is nice and simple, just head over to the notifications tab on the ‘My Account’ page and use the checkboxes to opt-in/out.
